Vineyard/Winemaking Assistant
We are seeking a Vineyard/Winemaking Assistant to join our small team.
The person we are looking for is:
- highly self motivated;
- hardworking and diligent;
- capable and willing to work independently.
It would be an advantage to have:
- vineyard experience;
- cellar experience (preferable);
- ability to operate a range of viticultural machinery;
- common sense and excellent problem solving skills;
- excellent planning and time management skills;
- mechanical knowledge;
- flexibility of work hours particularly during vintage;
- a current driver’s license and own transport;
- high standards of work practices and treatment of others;
- an appropriate level of fitness and aptitude to work in a changing outdoor environment.
The role will involve:
- all aspects of cellar operations;
- vineyard work and supervision;
- moving sheep and other husbandry activities;
- pest, under vine and weed management;
- trellis repairs and maintenance;
- irrigation repairs and maintenance;
- property repairs and maintenance.
Wages will be determined based on experience and performance reviews.

Cellar Door Tasting and Sales Assistant
We are seeking a Cellar Door Tasting and Sales Assistant to join our small team.
The person we are looking for is:
- highly self motivated;
- hardworking and diligent;
- capable and willing to work independently;
- able to talk with knowledge about wines and local area.
Essential:
- current driver’s license and own transport
- current RSA certificate.
It would be an advantage to have:
- a passion for wine of the Orange Wine Region;
- a hands on, can do attitude;
- a strong drive and initiative;
- retail sales experience
- hospitality and wine experience;
- flexibility with hours worked, which will include weekend, after hours and public holidays.

Administration Assistant

- capable and willing to work independently;

- Knowledge of MYOB;
- current RSA certificate.
The role will involve:
- administration;
- promotions and social media;
- book-keeping.
